Maven is headquartered in an industrial and  religious town of Nashik 160kms north of Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra in western part of India. It is well connected by rail, road and air. Incidentally Nashik is also the largest wine growing region and wine capital of India. It is a historic town situated on the banks of river Godavari .

All the manufacturing plants of Maven are located in and around Nashik with its corporate office in Nashik City. Each plant is accredited with industry leading quality certification. Employee engagement and training is a continual process at Maven. There are about 300 plus employees gainfully employed with Maven group of companies.

Maven is lead by Mr. Rajendra Thakre, CEO who has more than 35 years of experience across different industry verticals. He has majored in Accounting , Banking & Finance and has undergone few advance corporate management program in Japan in 2005 & 2011. He has hands on experience & well versed with  industry best practices . He is supported by a team of ably qualified and experienced professionals in day to day operations.
